Parish Council Meetings take place on the third Tuesday of each month** (unless otherwise stated) (** changing to first Tuesday of each month from February 2026). Meetings are held in the Church Rooms, Church Street, Croscombe, starting at 7.00 pm with a 15 minute Public Forum Session (with the exception of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council held in May).

Residents may raise issues affecting the Parish during the Public Forum but should not expect a direct answer at the meeting if the Clerk has not been apprised of the matter beforehand. Members of the public are welcome to remain for the duration of the meeting to observe only, unless asked to leave for matters of confidentiality.
